ELECTRONIC SOLUTION FOR FOOD SERVICE TROLLEYS
Electronic device for the control of food service trolley for hospitals, schools, communities etc.
Features:
- Controlling the temperature of two different containers, for either refrigeration or heating of food
- User-programmable cooking cycles with different parameters
- Containment temperature control and core probe temperature control by 4 PT1000 probes
- Program a weekly switching timer
- Visualization of data using LCD displays
- An application for working with live performance (teleassistance), starting and stopping cycles remotely, and automatically storing data in a database
- A smartcard is used to update software
- The uploading and downloading of configuration data via RS485, Ethernet (wired or wireless), or smart card is possible.
